A PIECE OF HISTORY: THE CORNAVIN P.810 DIVER

In the brand's 100 year old history, the CORNAVIN P.810 Diver watch holds a special place. It is the most sought-after vintage CORNAVIN today, and there are plenty of reasons why. Beside its unusual look at first sight, this rare  timepiece has a lot of unique features.

The CORNAVIN P.810 features an eye-catching Decompressio Dial

While at first glance the dial of this unique vintage CORNAVIN might look a bit confusing, its features are easily explained. The entire dial surface is a decompression dial that measures up to 40 meters. These decompression stages are used by divers to correctly time out the intervals at which they have to remain at a certain depth in order to re-surface safely. These intervals are marked at 12-3-6-9.
The thick minute and seconds hand are placed in the center. The hour indication however, is placed on a date-like wheel, rotating underneath the dial.

The gold-plated movement is signed 'CORNAVIN GENEVE'

This extraordinary timepiece is housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case. Its timeless beauty and extraordinary design and function make the P.810 Diver a very popular watch among collectors.
