Simply login to your Account to view your Order History. Once your order is shipped the tracking ID is sent to your email address.
Orders pass through stages of ordering before being shipped. If your order is not shipped, you can cancel it from Tracking Order page on the website or by sending us an email on email@example.com
However, if it has been shipped, it goes under returns, which means that after delivery, a customer can submit a return request free of charge within 14 days of receiving the parcel. *Products must remain unused and returned in original packaging.

Yes, we do not store any of your credit card data on our site. The security is handled by Stripe, Paypal and TWINT which are leading providers in online payment.
If you are a Swiss resident you have the possibility of order on account "Monthly invoice with part payment option (POWERPAY)".
Orders up to CHF 2,000 can be ordered on account. When you receive the invoice from POWERPAY - MF Group (in the beginning of the following month after ordering), you have the choice to pay the invoice within the prescribed payment period or in instalments.
If you choose to pay the invoice in several instalments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month. This allows you to decide for yourself how to settle the invoice.
If you opt to pay on account, your account is assigned by Cornavin Watch Company AG to POWERPAY - MF Group.
By choosing to pay on account, you agree to enter into an additional contractual relationship with POWERPAY upon conclusion of the contract with Cornavin Watch Company AG. The details of this additional contractual relationship are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of POWERPAY - MF Group which are available here.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3:00 pm UTC+1 will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 3:00 pm UTC+1 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Saturday.
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed in Switzerland and EU will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
All of our Watches are shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland.
Yes, all your shipments are insured for the full value by our courier service.
We use DHL Express for international orders. For shipments within Switzerland you can choose between Swis Post or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
If your delivery address is not in Switzerland, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
Our aim is your complete satisfaction. If a purchased product hasn’t been used or worn, or subjected to any damage within 14 days of receiving your order, it can be returned. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges. *Products must remain unused and returned in its original packaging.
Should you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days by following these steps:
1. Pack all the items you wish to return – ideally into the original parcel provided.
2. Once you have the parcel ready please book a pickup with the respective carrier.
3. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage (receipt) when returning goods to us.
The moment we receive your returned parcel we will arrange your refund and a notification e-mail will be sent to you. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
Cornavin has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. If the watch parts or mechanics do not work properly, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you purchased via another authorized retailer, you will need to contact them directly as they handle their own warranty claims, returns and exchanges.
Make sure you label your shipment as a "Watch repair" or "Watch service", so no taxes and duties are charged. We can’t accept a shipment that is not declared correctly, as we would wrongfully incur taxes and duties.
